90-Second Missed-Call Window
When a customer calls and Gino doesn't answer, Forge waits 90 seconds before sending an auto-text. That gives him time to call back himself. If he does, the text cancels automatically. No double-contact.
Smart Call Forwarding
Calls to the Forge number forward to the owner's cell. Forge detects the outcome — answered or missed — and takes the right action for each. Answered calls get a disposition prompt. Missed calls get the 90-second sequence.
3 / 7 / 14 Day Estimate Follow-Up
When an estimate goes out, Forge follows up automatically at Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14. The sequence stops the moment the customer replies. No more lost estimates from lack of follow-up.
Appointment Confirmation
The moment a job moves to Scheduled, the customer gets a confirmation text. Fewer no-shows, fewer surprised customers.
Review Request
24 hours after a job is marked Complete, Forge texts the customer asking for a Google review. More reviews means more calls, which means more revenue.
Needs Contact Queue
The dashboard home shows every missed call and new lead that hasn't been handled yet — with a tap-to-call phone number and two buttons: "Got it" or "Not a lead." Nothing falls through the cracks.
Jobs Pipeline
